The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was enormous. Plenty of space in the car park.
There wasn't much to do either in the hotel or the town. There was no shower in our bathroom and the beds were very squeaky. Both the back and the front entrances could have been made more attractive.

The hotel is so close to local shops and cafes. The beautiful Kailzie Gardens are just under 5 km away was good that could use a few more options.

A no frills small hotel with very friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable bedroom and an excellent small restaurant. The bar is a bit rough and ready, but it is after all a small hotel catering for locals as well as small numbers of residents.

Had central location in the centre of Innerleithen.

Stayed here for 1 day, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with good and absolutely perfect location right in the centre of town. Location: the venue was adjacent to the '' beer garden '', Edinburgh and the other Border towns, and all pubs and restaurants. There was an attached restaurant nearby.
Didn't like the area, it was very ordinary.

Breakfast Okay, Beds also.
Shabby, In the evening (Friday) noisy until 23.00. Restaurant not so good. Douche in the bad, but no curtains, so impossible to take a normal shower without transforming the room into a swimming pool.

Great stay with a comfy bed
We decided to book last minute and were super impressed! The room felt fresh and cozy, loved the comfy bed. Only thing was, we heard some late-night noise from the locals, kinda expected though. The bar was fun too, got a good laugh with the folks there. Perfect for grabbing takeout and chillin' out.

We had a wonderful room and everyone was very friendly. Great value for money too.
The outside of the hotel was offputting, it looked like a bit of a rough pub, but we were pleasantly suprised when we saw our room.
